i have problem with my screen

i want move my resolution up
600x800 to 1024x768
than i'm press ok
than i cann't see any thing
and it's restart computer automaticlly
and i cann't see any thing only black screen
than i'm restart my computer
and run safe mode windows
and i cann't type arabic in my keyboard
please help all
i want run in normul windows
and back in 600x800 resolution
without safe mode
