700 Mbps reads and 500 Mbps writes
و ده Shock Proof و Seq 280/270 MBs و Vibration proof و Consume Little energy و Zero noise و بيستخدم sand force controler SF-1200 و فيه Bulit in ECC function
SSD drives. The S599 is presented in a compact design that is just 63g.
S599 is produced with up to 200GB capacity and the latest SF-1200 SandForce controller offers 280MB/s read speed and 270MB/s write speed when tested in ATTO Disk Benchmark. The S599 is even faster than the Intel G2 SSD in IOmeter and achieved 30,000 IOPS in the benchmark tests. S599 is the perfect device for power users and enterprise level computing applications. The S599 features a built-in ECC function that supports error reporting, automatic error detection and correction (ECC Recovery: Up to 24 bytes correctable per 512-byte sector). The integrity and safety of user data stored on the S599 can be expected. The static wear-leveling technology can average out the write cycles on each cell over time, thereby eliminating frequent writes to the same flash cell and extending its serviceable lifespan. The S599 also supports the Trim command featured in Windows 7. Trim is used to directly write out old data that has been deleted from the drive, which then frees up the blocks to be ready for the next write to keep up with SSD write performance. The wear-leveling algorithm can effectively prevent performance and Flash cell degradation, giving the S599 better reliability and a longer lifespan. The NAND Flash S599 Solid State Drive is shock-proof, vibration-proof, compact, consumes little energy, creates zero noise and is more reliable when compared to traditional hard drives. It is also suitable for portable consumer products such as notebook computers.
